👥 Acrehub Buying Circles

Buy large agricultural land together

Large parcels are often priced out of reach for a single buyer. A Buying Circle lets serious buyers pool together — with legal review, site visits, and execution support coordinated by AcrehubIndia.

Expressing interest is free and creates no obligation. It is not an offer, a securities product, or investment advice.

Why buy together?

The best large parcels — 20, 40, 100 acres — are often priced beyond a single buyer, yet sell at a far better per-acre rate than small plots. A Buying Circle lets a few serious buyers share one large, well-priced parcel, with the legal review and coordination that large land demands.

How a Buying Circle works

Six steps from interest to ownership — with lawyer review at every stage that matters.

1

Find a parcel

Browse large agricultural parcels marked Buying Circle eligible, or get matched to one.

2

Express interest

Tell us your budget and what you're looking for. It's free and non-binding.

3

We call you

AcrehubIndia calls to understand your needs and explain the parcel, legal status, and process.

4

Form the circle

Interested, qualified buyers are grouped. Everyone reviews the parcel and the legal documents with their own lawyer.

5

Due diligence & site visit

Title, encumbrance, and approvals are verified. The group visits the site together.

6

Execute & register

With lawyer-reviewed agreements, the purchase and registration are coordinated. Optional services (survey, fencing, civil work) follow.

Questions buyers ask

Is a Buying Circle a legal or guaranteed investment?

No. Expressing interest is not an offer, a securities product, or investment advice. AcrehubIndia coordinates lawful services for a fee and does not guarantee approvals, outcomes, returns, or timelines.

Do I own land once I express interest?

No. You acquire no ownership or right in any land until a registered sale deed is executed in your name. Expressing interest simply starts a conversation.

How is the land divided between buyers?

That depends on the parcel and what the group agrees, reviewed by lawyers — it may be demarcated portions or an undivided share. The split is set by the registered documents, never by a calculator estimate.

Can NRIs or foreign nationals join?

There are specific FEMA/RBI restrictions on NRIs, OCIs, and foreign nationals owning agricultural land in India. Such interest is reviewed separately and needs legal clearance before any engagement — do not assume eligibility.

Do I need my own lawyer?

Yes. AcrehubIndia is not your lawyer and nothing here is legal advice. You should have your own independent lawyer review every document before you pay money or sign anything.

What does it cost?

Expressing interest is free. The land itself, plus any administrative, legal, professional, or infrastructure services you choose, are separate documented costs with no guaranteed outcomes.

What happens after I express interest?

AcrehubIndia will contact you (typically within 24–48 hours) to understand your needs, explain the parcel and its legal status, and answer your questions. There is no obligation.

Are there risks?

Yes — co-buying agricultural land in India is legally complex and disputes can happen. That's why lawyer-reviewed agreements and independent due diligence are central to the process. Never pay money or sign documents without lawyer review.
